Apply for a chance to win a grant of €450 to facilitate your attendance at IMMUNOLOGY2025™.

Two €450 prizes will be awarded to be used for AAI IMMUNOLOGY2025™ conference-related expenses. Please apply by completing the application form. Contest is open to legal residents of Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States regions only.

Terms and Conditions

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: To support your ongoing exposure to scientific discovery, BioLegend periodically award travel awards to students and scientists support your attendance at select scientific conferences. To receive consideration for an award, you must complete the application, meet all the eligibility requirements, and be selected by BioLegend to receive the award based on the selection criteria specified in the award description. All awards must only be used for conference-related expenses and will be paid either as reimbursement for expenses incurred or directly to the conference organizer/sponsor or travel/lodging provider, at BioLegend’s option.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for an award, you must be a researcher from an academic or non-profit institution (e.g., technician, PhD/graduate student, post-doc, or principal investigator) in the regions listed in the award description and have used BioLegend products in your research. Awards will not be awarded to employees of commercial or for-profit entities. In addition, if you work in patient care or as a healthcare professional, e.g., as a doctor or a nurse, you are not eligible to receive any award.

RULES: For any scientific conference or meeting, BioLegend must receive your application by the specified date. To apply, you must fully complete the application. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Limit one entry per applicant per year. The grant may only be used to defray the costs of attending the applicable conference/meeting, including travel, conference fees, etc. BioLegend may require proof you attended the conference.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:  Two applicants will be selected based on a random drawing. Awardees will be notified via email and their names posted on the BioLegend website.

AWARDS: The number of awards and the amounts will be specified in the award description. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the awardee.

CONSENT FOR USE: By submitting an application or accepting an award, you are consenting to the use of your name, the name of your institution, and the name of the scientific conference you attended by BioLegend (or other affiliates of Revvity, Inc.). You also agree that may use your response to the application questions online or otherwise used in BioLegend’s promotional materials, including social media, without any additional compensation to you. You are also agreeing to receive more information relating to BioLegend’s products. Your information will be used consistent with BioLegend’s privacy policy.

OTHER TERMS: No purchase is necessary. Awards will not be given if prohibited by law or your institution. By applying, you are representing that you are not aware of any prohibition on your receipt of an award and that you meet all the eligibility requirements. We may change these rules at any time without notice to you. You are responsible for checking these rules before accepting the award to be sure you agree with them.
