Introduction
PE/Dazzle™ 594 provides a great option to expand your multicolor panel, a bright signal to detect your target antigen with little background noise, and excellent pricing. PE/Dazzle™ 594 is an equivalent fluorophore to PE/Texas Red®, PE-CF594, PE-eFluor® 610, and ECD.
PE/Dazzle™ 594 offers:

PE/Dazzle™ 594 excites optimally at 566 nm and emits optimally at 610 nm. PE/Dazzle™ 594 can be excited by the blue (488 nm), green (532 nm) or yellow/green lasers (561 nm), and is detected in the PE/Texas Red® channel. A common filter for this channel is a 610/20 bandpass.
