Human Allergy/Asthma Panel

The LEGENDplex™ Human Allergy/Asthma Panel is a bead-based multiplex assay, utilizing fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 11 human analytes related to allergy and asthma, including IL-4, Periostin, IL-5, IL-33, TSLP, RAGE, IL-13, YKL-40, MMP-9, IL-9, CCL11 (Eotaxin). This panel assay provides higher detection sensitivities and broader dynamic ranges than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use on serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples.
