Human Tuberculosis Panel 2

The LEGENDplex™ Human Tuberculosis Panel 2 is a bead-based multiplex assay intended for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 13 TB biomarkers: IL-3, CXCL8 (IL-8), CCL5 (RANTES), CCL2 (MCP-1), NCAM, IFN-α2, MIF, CRP, sCD14, IL-13, sTREM-1, SAA and IL-1RA. This panel provides higher sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use on serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant sample.

 

The LEGENDplex™ Human Tuberculosis Panel 2 (13-plex) is designed to allow flexible customization within the panel. It can also be divided into subpanels.
