The Human Diabesity Panel is a multiplex bead-based assay panel, which uses fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows for the simultaneous quantification of the 11 human proteins involved in diabesity listed below. It has been validated for use with tissue culture supernatant, serum, and EDTA plasma samples.
