Description

The OX-82 reacts with a 35 kD molecules expressed on myeloid cells and stromal elements from a variety of tissues in the adult rat. This antibody is useful in isolating pluripotent stem cells from rat bone marrow and fetal liver when used in combination with other antibodies.

Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
