Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 2.0 - 10 µg/ml is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

B72.3 is reactive with a broad spectrum of epithelial malignancies in human, including invasive ductal carcinoma, lung carcinomas, ovarian, gastric and colonic adenocarcinomas. It appears to be non-reactive or weakly reactive to most normal tissues.
