In this seminar, Felicia Brown will provide a technical overview of the following:

1. BioLegend’s LEGENDplex™ immunoassay, which allows researchers and users to quantify multiple cytokines on most common flow cytometers.
2. BioLegend's Optimized Spectral Flow Panel, which enables researchers to simultaneously analyze essential cell markers.

Tom Ramos will present COH’s in-house data and discuss the intricacies of panel design to help realize the full potential of spectral flow cytometry in your research. You will also learn how to use flow cytometry to quantify cytokines in suspension using the LEGENDplex™ using the core’s Quanteon instrument. This assay has the ability to detect up to 14 analytes with increased sensitivity and dynamic range.
