Human Vascular Inflammation Panel 1*

The Human Vascular Inflammation Panel 1 is a multiplex bead-based as­say kit, using fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of the 13 human proteins present in tissue culture supernatants listed below. The panel has been validated for use with tissue culture supernatant samples.

Please order the subpanel appropriate for your sample types. TC = tissue culture supernatants, S/P = serum/plasma samples, U = urine samples. To analyze CRP in serum/plasma samples please order the CRP 1-plex assay.

  *Due to differences in dilution requirements of CRP from other assay targets, CRP cannot be combined with other analytes for users analyzing serum/plasma samples. It is intended to be run as a stand-alone 1-plex assay for these sample types.
