Granulocyte/macrophage - colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a hematopoietic factor that is produced by activated T cells, B cells, mast cells, macrophages, fibroblasts and endothelial cells. In addition to supporting colony formation of granulocyte/macrophage progenitors, GM-CSF is a growth factor for erythroid, megakaryocyte and eosinophil progenitors.
BioLegend’s LEGEND MAX™ Human GM-CSF ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), in which, a Human GM-CSF specific monoclonal antibody is pre-coated on a 96-well strip-well plate.
BioLegend’s LEGEND MAX™ Human GM-CSF ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantitation of Human GM-CSF from cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma or other bodily fluids. It is ready-to-use, accurate, and sensitive.
