The LEGENDplex™ Human Proinflammatory Chemokine Panel 2 Mix and Match Capture Beads provides capture beads for 12 targets including CCL1 (I-309), CCL13 (MCP-4), CCL22 (MDC), CCL7 (MCP-3), CCL24 (Eotaxin-2), CCL19 (ELC), CXCL13 (BLC), CCL8 (MCP-2), CX3CL1 (Fractalkine), CXCL12 (SDF-1), CXCL2 (GRO-β) and CCL18 (PARC). These beads are recommended for use with each other and the following in a Mix and Match Assay.
Note: for serum/plasma samples, CCL18 (PARC) cannot be mixed and matched with other targets and needs to be measured separately due to high dilution requirement.
