IFNbA1_PURE_IFN-Beta_Antibody_1_WB_101716
Recombinant human IFN-β (50 ng, lane 1) and recombinant mouse IFN- β (50 ng, lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis (4-12% Bis-Tris gel), transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified anti-human IFN-β (clone IFNb/A1) antibody. Proteins were visualized using a Goat anti-mouse-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
