Recombinant mouse GM-CSF (Cat. No. 576306) (black circles) induces the proliferation of FDC-P1 cell. Ultra-LEAF™ purified anti-mouse GM-CSF recombinant (QA19A67) (purple squares) inhibits the effect of recombinant mouse GM-CSF at 0.3 ng/mL in FDC-P1 cells in a dose-dependent manner, whereas the GoInVivo™ purified mouse IgG1, κ isotype control (Cat. No. 400192) (gray triangles) does not have the effect. ND50 range: 0.3 - 1.5 μg/mL

GM-CSF is a hematopoietic factor that is produced by T cells, macrophages, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. This multifunctional cytokine stimulates progenitor cells of neutrophils, eosinophils, and macrophages. GM-CSF is also a differentiation and activating factor for granulocytic and monocytic cells.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by inhibiting proliferation induced by recombinant mouse GM-CSF (Cat. No. 576306) at 0.3 ng/mL on FDC-P1 cells. ND50 range: 0.3 - 1.5 μg/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
