N19-2_HRP_SAP102_Antibody_102218 — HRP anti-SAP102 antibody (clone N19/2). Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: 30 µg of human cerebral cortex lysate; Lane 3: 10 µg of mouse brain lysate; Lane 4: 10 µg of rat brain lysate. The blot was incubated with 0.2 µg/mL of the primary antibody at 4°C overnight. Enhanced chemiluminescence (Cat. No. 426302) was used as the detection system.

SAP-102, also known as DLG3 or neuroendocrine-DLG, is a member of the MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase) superfamily. It interacts with a number of adhesion molecules as well as glutamate receptors on the postsynaptic membrane, mediating scaffolding of synaptic signaling.

Application: WB - Quality tested
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 2.0 µg per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: This antibody is effective in immunoblotting (WB) and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining (IHC-P).
