- Application Notes
-
This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P).
This antibody recognizes MART-1 (Melan-A) [MART1, MART 1] an 18kD transmembrane protein that is expressed in cells of melanocytic lineage. MART-1 is expressed by a large proportion of melanomas and by melanoma cell lines.
In Immunohistochemistry citrate retrieval has also been verified for use with this clone. - Additional Product Notes
-
Please note, this product (Cat. No. 917902) is sold in pre-diluted format. For the concentrated format of this product, please see Cat. No. 917901.
