RhoG (Ras homology Growth-related) is also known as ARGH, belonging to the Rho family of small G proteins capable of signaling via binding GTP and catalyzing it to GDP. It is expressed widely in mammalian cells, including fibroblasts, leukocytes, neuronal cells, endothelial cells, and on cell lines, such as HeLa cells. RhoG is involved in a number of signaling pathways, including those for chemokine receptors in cell motility, gene transcription, endocytosis, neurite outgrowth, and others.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 5.0 - 10 µg per ml. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, a concentration range of 4.0 - 10 µg/ml is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
