Description

StarBright Basic Panels offer a core set of conjugated antibodies for multicolor analysis. These panels can be used independently for preliminary testing and basic characterization, or can serve as a backbone for a larger multiplex panel.

This StarBright Basic Panel contains 3 components:

  • StarBright UltraViolet 740 anti-human CD62L (clone DREG-56), 100T (Cat. No. 304874)
  • FITC anti-human CD3 (clone UCHT1), 100T (Cat. No. 300406)
  • PE anti-human CD19 (clone HIB19), 100T (Cat. No. 302208)

Antibody solutions should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

Recommended Usage

Each lot of the antibodies in this kit is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per million cells in 100 µL staining volume or 5 µL per 100 µL of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

* StarBright UltraViolet 740 has a maximum excitation of 343 nm and a maximum emission of 737 nm.
