LEGEND MAX™ Human PTX3 ELISA assay (Cat. No. 446807) was performed. Optical density (O.D.) of wells containing the Human PTX3 Standard were read using Regular Plate Reader set to 450 nm with wavelength correction set to 570 nm and the BioLegend Mini ELISA Plate Reader™ set to 450 nm with wavelength correction set to 620 nm. Orange line represents O.D. read by Regular Plate Reader and blue line represents O.D. read by BioLegend Mini ELISA Plate Reader™.

Human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples (n = 32) were assayed using LEGEND MAX™ Human PTX3 ELISA Kit (Cat. No. 446807). Optical density (O.D.) was read by Regular Plate Reader set to 450 nm with wavelength correction set to 570 nm and the BioLegend Mini ELISA Plate Reader™ set to 450 nm with wavelength correction set to 620 nm. Sample concentrations (pg/mL) were calculated and plotted for sample value correlation. Human PTX3 concentration calculated using O.D. read by the BioLegend Mini ELISA Plate Reader™ is plotted on the x-axis and the concentration calculated using O.D. read by the Regular Plate Reader is plotted on the y-axis.

Description

The Mini ELISA Plate Reader™ is an absorbance-based measurement device with which the absorbance values of the contents of a 96-well microtiter plate can be read, recorded, and further processed. The Mini ELISA Plate Reader™ is designed to carry out fast and sensitive absorbance measurements. The instrument contains 4 light sources with different wavelengths and 4 interference filters to allow the measurement of the optical densities of samples at 405, 450, 492, and 620 nm wavelengths. The Mini ELISA Plate Reader™ is supplied with a microplate-reader-control software, that is intended to be used for the readout and analysis of data produced by the Mini ELISA Plate Reader™. The plate reader’s innovative compactness, and plug and play portability allow users the freedom to generate data whenever and wherever their research requires. The Mini ELISA Plate Reader™ is intended for research use only.
