Description

BioLegend’s MojoSort on Columns™ System is designed for magnetic separation of cells using columns to perform positive or negative selection/isolation. Our MojoSort on Columns™ System is an alternative platform to the MojoSort™ handheld magnet system. The MojoSort on Columns™ System consists of our column-optimized reagents, kits, columns, column separators and multistands. This Multistand is intended to suspend a magnetic column separator holding a magnetic column to allow for the collection of samples directly into the desired tubes. The Multistand is compatible with various columns and separators such as BioLegend’s MojoSort on Columns™ Separator (Cat. No. 480179) and Columns (Cat. No. 480178). Once the columns are placed in the separator, a strong magnetic field is generated within the column matrix which allows for unlabeled cells to flow through while the magnetic bead-labeled cells are retained until elution.
