Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA. For direct ELISA, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5-2.0 µg/ml. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of KLH ranging from 300 to 5 ng/ml are recommended for each ELISA. It's recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
