CD368 (CLEC4D), also known as CLEC6, is a 30 kD single pass type II transmembrane protein and member of the C-type lectin-like domain (CTLD) superfamily. CLEC4D is an endocytic receptor, probably involved in antigen presentation, cell adhesion, and cell signaling. CLEC4D is expressed by macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, and a subset of dendritic cells and is upregulated by IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, and IFN-γ.
