Western blot analysis of 15 µg cell lysates from DH5α cells. Samples were incubated at 37°C for 0, 5, 10, 15, and 40 minutes and then resolved by electrophoresis (4-12% Bis-Tris gel), transferred to nitrocellulose, probed with 2 µg/mL purified anti-Sigma 32 antibody, clone 3RH3, followed by incubation with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat. No. 405306, 1:3000 dilution). Ponceau S staining was used as a loading control. Western-Ready™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat. No. 426303) was used for developing.
