ROR2 is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase that belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. Both canonical and non-canonical Wnt proteins bind to the ROR2 receptor. ROR2 may play a role during embryonic development in the formation of chondrocytes and cartilage and growth plate development and mediates WNT5A-induced noncanonical Wnts signaling, which induces filopodia formation and cell migration.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. For intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.125 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
