Mouse splenocytes were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 for 5 minutes, and blocked with 5% FBS for 30 minutes. Then the cells were intracellularly stained with 10 µg/mL anti-mouse CD3ε Antibody (145-2C11) Antibody and followed by DyLight™ 594 goat anti-hamster IgG (red) for one hour at room temperature. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). The image was captured with a 60X objective.

Description

This polyclonal antibody reacts with the heavy chains of IgG and the light chains common to most immunoglobulins from Armenian hamster. No cross-reactivity has been detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This antibody has been solid-phase absorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with mouse, rat, human, bovine, and rabbit immunoglobulins, but may cross-react with Armenian hamster IgM and Syrian hamster immunoglobulins.

It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

* DyLight 594  has a maximum absorption of 592nm and a maximum emission of 617 nm (Alexa Fluor® 594 or Texas Red equivalent). Prior to using DyLight594 conjugates, please verify your instrument's capability of exciting and detecting the fluorochrome.

Application Notes

This conjugated goat anti-hamster IgG antibody is useful for immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis or microscopy.
