69 kD glycosylated transmembrane subunit of IL-27 receptor complex consisting of IL27Ra (WSX-1, TCCR) and gp130 (CD130). Expressed on T cells, monocytes, and neutrophils and aside from its effect on innate immunity, is involved in dampening the extent of Th1 immune response post infection. Activity levels of IFN-γ and IL-17 producing T cells are regulated through this receptor which relays signal through Jak-STAT pathway.

-
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per million cells in 100 µL staining volume or 5 µL per 100 µL of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
