Delta like canonical Notch ligand 3 (DLL3) is consist of a DSL domain, EGF repeats and transmembrane region. Inhibits Notch 1 in its cis format. Involved in embryonic development processes such as T cells development, specifying neuron's fate during neurogenesis and maintaining tissue homeostasis in adults. Potential target for preventing growth of cancer cells in small cell lung cancer.

- Storage & Handling
- The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C.
- Application
-
ICFC - Quality tested
- Recommended Usage
-
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.06 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
-
Staining for DLL3 using clone RMD3-13 requires fixation and permeabilization. This clone does not work for surface DLL3 staining.
