Hyperplex Workflow with COMET™
Sequential immunofluorescence (seqIF™️) staining on COMET™ of anti-CD45RA (clone HI100, green), anti-CD34 (clone QBEND/10, magenta), anti-CD138 (clone MI15, yellow), anti-Tryptase (clone AA1, red), and anti-S100B (clone 11C12E12, white) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human skin tissue. Alexa Fluor™ Plus 647 Goat anti-Mouse IgG antibody (Lunaphore, Cat. No. DR647MS) was used as a secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
