Each BioLegend Detection System combines the indirect labeling technique, the avidin-biotin chemical bonding principle and BioLegend's unique formulation of ultra streptavidin to provide sensitivity, specificity and reliablility. BioLegend reagents will achieve excellent quality immunostaining in both manual and automated protocols.
BioLegend's USA Detection reagents set an industry standard for quality. Reagents are available in several different volumes to meet the needs of every laboratory, including bulk volumes (upon request) for use on automated immunostainers. The multi-species system allows for use of both monoclonal and polyclonal rabbit and mouse primaries with one set of reagents.
The ultra streptavidin horseradish peroxidase detection systems utilize a combination of biotinylated secondary antibodies and ultra streptavidin conjugated horseradish peroxidase to provide sensitive and specific staining results.
The multi-species system is suitable for use with primary antibodies that were raised in either mice or rabbits.
The murine system is suitable for use with primary antibodies that were raised in mice.
The rabbit system is suitable for use with primary antibodies that were raised in rabbits.
